Crew Wellness was created with firsthand insight into the realities of life at sea. After 7 years working aboard cruise ships, we understand the long shifts, changing schedules, limited personal space, demanding routines, and the importance of maintaining simple wellness habits while away from home.

That experience inspired Abreu BioScience to create a collection focused on practical wellness, fitness, recovery, and skincare routines for cruise ship crew members.
