Due to the nature of dietary supplements, we generally do not accept returns of opened products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request assistance, provide your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear depending on your financial institution.

Abreu BioScience reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet the conditions described above.
