Crew Wellness was born from real life at sea.

After seven years working aboard cruise ships, I experienced firsthand what crew life really means: long shifts, late nights, changing schedules, shared living spaces, months away from home, and the challenge of maintaining your own wellness routine while taking care of everyone else.

Life onboard is unique. Some days start before sunrise. Others finish late at night. You may work a full shift and still make time for the crew gym, maintain strict grooming standards, take care of your skin, or simply try to recover before doing it all again the next day.

That experience became the inspiration behind Crew Wellness by Abreu BioScience.
